SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to any location in New Zealand. However, due to the varying weight and size of our products, it is not possible to provide shipping costs instantaneously with combined orders, and this is why we decided to offer customers an exact shipping fee shortly after receiving the order. If you require shipping, please click on "Offline Payment" and finish the check-out process. We will be in touch with the shipping cost to the provided address.

We try to process your order as quickly as possible (within a day or 2) and will let you know if there are delays.  Shipping time is usually 2-3 business days but courier services are struggling with delays due to Covid-19.  

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, pleae contact us immediately.  We do not refund any orders that are cancelled or changed after being shipped unless they are faulty.  All care and responsibility will be taken to package and ship your goods with as much protection and safety as possible.
